- Secure $5M+ annual R&D funding through compelling strategic proposals
- Establish governance frameworks for autonomous system ethics
- Drive partnerships with academic institutions and government labs
- Present disruptive tech visions to board stakeholders and investors
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech planning with Fortune 500 or scale-up experience
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering with quantum/AI focus
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough tech products (2018-2025)
- Deep expertise in future-casting methodologies (Delphi, horizon scanning)
- Published research in Nature/Science on emerging technologies
- Fluency in Mandarin or Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
- Certification in Futurist Leadership (WFS or CFTE preferred)
