- Lead cross-functional teams in developing quantum-AI hybrid solutions for enterprise clients
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify breakthrough technologies with 3-5 year commercial viability
- Develop patentable frameworks for ethical AI deployment in regulated industries
- Present strategic visions to C-suite executives and investor boards
- Mentor junior researchers in emerging tech methodologies
- Secure $5M+ annual R&D budgets through data-driven proposals
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in future-tech forecasting
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or Quantum Physics (or equivalent experience)
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on emerging technologies
- Proven track record scaling tech solutions to 10M+ user bases
- Expertise in quantum machine learning and neuromorphic computing
- Deep understanding of blockchain 3.0 and decentralized web architectures
- Strong background in ethical tech governance frameworks
