Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive 2026 Technology Roadmap aligned with corporate strategy and market demands.
- Conduct rigorous market research and trend analysis on emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Computing, Sustainable Tech) relevant to the 2026 landscape.
- Collaborate with R&D, Product, and Engineering teams to integrate future-ready solutions into current pipelines.
- Identify potential risks and competitive advantages regarding long-term technological investments.
- Communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders to secure buy-in and resources.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of technology initiatives and adapt strategies as needed.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in Strategic Planning, Product Management, or Technology Consulting.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field; MBA is a plus.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams through complex strategic initiatives and digital transformation.
- Tech Savvy: Deep understanding of digital trends and their business implications for the next 3-5 years.
