Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning technical capabilities with long-term business objectives.
- Lead research and development initiatives in emerging fields such as Generative AI, Spatial Computing, and Quantum Readiness.
- Identify and evaluate high-impact technologies to drive competitive advantage and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional leadership to translate futuristic concepts into actionable development strategies.
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech innovators to foster a pipeline of next-gen solutions.
- Manage the budget and resources required for 2026 innovation projects and pilot programs.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Technology Strategy, Product Management, or IT Leadership roles.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven track record of successfully leading strategic initiatives that span 3+ years.
- Deep understanding of 2026 market trends, including AI integration, sustainability tech, and digital transformation.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
