Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 Technology Roadmap aligned with business goals and market trends.
- Conduct rigorous analysis of emerging technologies (e.g., Advanced AI, Quantum Computing, AR/VR) and assess their viability for integration.
- Lead cross-functional workshops to define technical strategies and secure stakeholder buy-in for high-impact initiatives.
- Monitor the competitive landscape to identify disruptive innovations and potential partnership opportunities.
- Oversee pilot programs for experimental technologies, measuring ROI and scalability.
- Advocate for a culture of continuous innovation and digital agility across all departments.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Information Technology, Strategic Planning, or Product Management, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
- Demonstrated expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Quantum Computing, or next-gen digital infrastructure.
- Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of articulating a vision to diverse audiences including executives, engineers, and investors.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale technology transformations or R&D initiatives.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., TOGAF, PMP) are a plus.
