Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 technology roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with robotics, blockchain, and nanotech teams
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies with 3-5 year market impact
- Present strategic frameworks to C-suite and external investment partners
- Manage prototype development in our advanced R&D fabrication lab
- Author thought leadership publications on emerging tech ethics and governance
- Mentor junior researchers in future-focused methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or emerging tech R&D
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics
- Published research in AI governance, quantum applications, or neurotech
- Experience with technology impact assessment frameworks
- Proficiency in scenario planning and trend analysis tools
- Track record of launching at least two industry-first innovations
- Deep understanding of Web3.0 infrastructure and decentralized systems
- Certification in emerging technology foresight methodologies
