Responsibilities
- Architect 2026 technology roadmaps integrating quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, and climate-positive AI
- Lead cross-continental innovation sprints with MIT, ETH Zurich, and Tokyo Tech research consortia
- Translate theoretical breakthroughs into commercially viable products with 18-24 month launch horizons
- Present strategic visions to C-suite executives and sovereign wealth fund investors
- Drive patent portfolios targeting 50+ novel technology applications annually
- Mentor QuantumLeap's Future Leaders program developing next-gen tech visionaries
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI Ethics, or Advanced Materials Science with 5+ years industry application
- Proven track record of launching technologies with $100M+ market impact (VC exits or IPOs preferred)
- Deep expertise in 3+ emerging tech domains: neuromorphic engineering, synthetic biology, or quantum cryptography
- Experience securing Tier-1 government innovation grants (DARPA, NSF, Horizon Europe)
- Published research in Nature/Science with 500+ citations or equivalent industry impact
- Fluency in Mandarin, German, or Japanese for global collaboration
- Certified in Sustainable Technology Design (STDC) and Quantum Algorithm Development (QAD)
