Responsibilities
- Architect long-term technology roadmaps aligning with 2026 market predictions and regulatory landscapes
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum computing, AI ethics, and sustainable infrastructure
- Collaborate with C-suite to transform strategic vision into actionable technology plans
- Manage $5M+ innovation budgets across 3-5 concurrent future-tech projects
- Establish industry partnerships with quantum hardware providers and AI research labs
- Present technology blueprints to investors and board members quarterly
- Mentor junior engineers in emerging technologies through our FutureWorks Academy
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or CTO-level experience with proven 5+ year roadmaps
- Expertise in AI/ML frameworks, quantum computing principles, and blockchain architecture
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or ACM journals on future-tech topics
- Successful P&L management for $10M+ tech portfolios
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field required
- Experience scaling technology teams from 10 to 100+ professionals
- Deep familiarity with EU AI Act and US tech policy frameworks
