- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with C-suite executives, product managers, and engineering teams to translate technical insights into actionable business strategies.
- Innovation Lab: Spearhead pilot programs and proof-of-concepts for cutting-edge technologies to prepare our workforce for future operational shifts.
- Competitive Intelligence: Monitor competitor technological advancements to identify gaps and opportunities for differentiation.
- Stakeholder Communication: Articulate complex technical futures to non-technical stakeholders in a clear, compelling manner.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years in strategic planning, IT management, or futurism within a Fortune 500 or high-growth tech environment.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Trend Analysis: Proven track record of identifying and analyzing long-term tech trends with high accuracy.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence senior leadership without direct authority.
- Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of current and upcoming tech stacks, including Cloud Architecture, Machine Learning, and Cybersecurity.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a focus on persuasive storytelling.
