Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology strategy aligned with business objectives and market evolution
- Lead cross-functional teams in researching and implementing cutting-edge technologies (AI, quantum, blockchain, etc.)
- Analyze emerging tech trends and regulatory landscapes to identify opportunities and risks for 2026
- Design scalable digital infrastructure frameworks to support next-generation business models
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate future-ready solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish KPIs and measurement frameworks for technology adoption and ROI
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or advanced R&D
- Proven experience developing long-term tech roadmaps (5+ year horizons)
- Expertise in at least two emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, Web3, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex technical concepts into business strategy
- Certification in technology management or strategic foresight (preferred)
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in matrixed organizations
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred)
