Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps for quantum computing and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional teams of 20+ engineers and researchers
- Secure $5M+ in annual research grants from federal and private sources
- Author industry-defining position papers on AI ethics and sustainable tech
- Partner with C-suite executives to commercialize emerging technologies
- Mentor junior scientists through our Future Leaders program
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record of publishing in Nature/Science journals
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech)
- Experience securing federal grants (NSF, DARPA, NIH) valued >$2M
- Deep understanding of ethical frameworks for autonomous systems
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
- Global network of 100+ tech industry connections
