- Partner with R&D to prototype breakthrough solutions addressing future market needs
- Present strategic insights to C-suite and board members with data-driven recommendations
- Manage cross-functional teams executing next-generation technology pilots
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts impacting future tech adoption
- Establish innovation KPIs and frameworks for measuring 2026 readiness
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with Fortune 500 or unicorn-scale companies
- Expertise in emerging tech: quantum, AGI, neuromorphic computing, or decentralized systems
- Proven track record of launching future-focused products with >$50M impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Strategic Innovation
- Deep familiarity with tech forecasting methodologies (Delphi, scenario planning)
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex concepts to executive audiences
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFAP) or technology management preferred
