Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI governance, or biotech integration
- Proven track record of scaling tech initiatives from concept to enterprise deployment
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership in future technology (IEEE, ACM, or equivalent)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Technology Innovation Management
- Experience with international tech policy frameworks and standards bodies
