Responsibilities
- Design and implement the 2026 technology innovation framework across AI, quantum computing, and biotech verticals
- Lead cross-functional teams to develop patent-pending solutions for next-gen challenges
- Establish strategic partnerships with MIT, Stanford, and NASA for collaborative R&D
- Present technology roadmaps to C-suite and board members with data-driven impact projections
- Drive adoption of emerging technologies through internal innovation sprints and hackathons
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct quarterly tech trend briefings for executive leadership
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Proven track record of launching products with $50M+ revenue impact
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent breakthrough innovations)
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent tier-1 journals
- Expertise in futurecasting methodologies (Delphi, scenario planning)
- Experience scaling tech teams from 10 to 100+ engineers
- Strong network with VCs and government innovation agencies
