Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain a comprehensive 5-year technology roadmap aligned with business objectives
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to pilot and integrate next-gen solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build partnerships with startups, research institutions, and industry consortiums
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and their implications for corporate strategy
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of innovation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Management, Computer Science, or related field
- 8+ years in tech strategy, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of forecasting tech trends and implementing future-focused solutions
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making abilities
- Experience presenting to C-level executives and influencing strategic direction
