Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional teams in executing experimental R&D initiatives for quantum computing and biotech convergence
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AR/VR, neuromorphic chips, synthetic biology) for strategic adoption
- Develop predictive models for technology lifecycle management and ROI optimization
- Spearhead partnerships with academic institutions and disruptor startups
- Present strategic frameworks to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Drive innovation culture through hackathons and future-focused workshops
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ in emerging tech domains
- Expertise in foresight methodologies (scenario planning, horizon scanning)
- Proven track record leading AI/automation transformation projects
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Innovation Management
- Deep understanding of Web3, metaverse, and decentralized tech ecosystems
- Experience with patent strategy and intellectual property monetization
- Exceptional communication skills for complex technical storytelling
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Technology Foresight preferred
