- Develop patentable frameworks for ethical AI implementation and quantum-safe systems
- Present strategic vision to C-suite and board members with 95% approval rate target
- Mentor innovation lab teams through rapid prototyping cycles
- Secure $5M+ in R&D funding through strategic partnerships
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech leadership
- Proven track record launching solutions with 10M+ user impact
- Expertise in at least three of: quantum computing, neuromorphic engineering, bio-integrated tech
- Published research in IEEE/ACM journals or equivalent industry authority
- Experience securing Series B+ funding for tech ventures
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
