- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities and mitigate technological risks
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with clear ROI projections and implementation frameworks
- Establish KPIs for innovation initiatives and track progress against 2026 milestones
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts impacting technology adoption and adapt strategies accordingly
- Build partnerships with research institutions and tech startups to co-develop next-generation solutions
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Strategic Technology Management; PhD preferred
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record developing multi-year technology roadmaps with measurable outcomes
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum computing, AR/VR, or synthetic biology)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Certification in technology foresight (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method) or strategic planning
