Responsibilities

- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies through market analysis and academic partnerships
- Present strategic recommendations to investors, board members, and government agencies
- Drive innovation culture through hackathons, patents, and open-source initiatives
- Manage $5M+ annual R&D budget across experimental projects
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership with Fortune 500 or unicorn experience
- Proven track record in scaling AI/quantum/biotech solutions from concept to market
- Expertise in futures forecasting methodologies (e.g., Delphi, scenario planning)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, or related field
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals or conference proceedings
- Strong network with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum simulation tools
