Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Analyze emerging technologies (quantum, biotech, Web3) for competitive advantage and investment opportunities
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify future-proof product development initiatives
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption success and ROI measurement
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build and maintain relationships with academic institutions and industry thought leaders
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory impacts on technology deployment strategies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D management, or innovation consulting
- Proven experience developing long-term (5+ year) technology roadmaps
