Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap for emerging innovations
- Analyze global tech trends, regulatory landscapes, and market disruptions
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives in AI, quantum systems, and biotech integration
- Partner with product teams to translate futuristic concepts into viable commercial products
- Represent InnovateX at global tech summits and publish thought leadership papers
- Build strategic alliances with academic institutions and government innovation labs
- Mentor junior futurists and conduct technology foresight workshops
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or futurism roles
- Proven track record in developing multi-year tech roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum computing, AR/VR, etc.)
- Strong background in ethical technology frameworks and responsible innovation
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical data
- Experience with scenario planning and technology impact assessment methodologies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies required
- Published author or frequent speaker at major tech conferences preferred
