Responsibilities
- Architect 5-10 year technology roadmaps aligning with market evolution and societal needs
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping emerging tech solutions (quantum AI, biocomputing, neural interfaces)
- Identify and evaluate disruptive technologies through patent analysis and academic partnerships
- Develop strategic partnerships with research institutions and Fortune 500 innovation labs
- Present visionary frameworks to C-suite and board members for resource allocation
- Establish ethical governance frameworks for next-gen autonomous systems
- Drive innovation sprints focused on climate-positive technology adoption
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ in emerging tech leadership
- Proven track record of launching future-focused initiatives (quantum/AI/Web3)
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism preferred
- Deep expertise in exponential technology trends (singularity, AGI, quantum supremacy)
- Exceptional ability to translate complex concepts into executable strategies
- Published research or patents in top-tier tech journals (Nature, IEEE, etc.)
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Certified Futurist (CFP) or similar designation highly valued
