Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead research initiatives in emerging technologies including quantum computing, generative AI, and bio-integrated systems
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype and validate next-generation technology solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry leaders
- Present technology visions to executive stakeholders and investors
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and their impact on innovation ecosystems
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- Proven track record leading complex R&D initiatives to commercialization
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, advanced AI, or sustainable tech systems
- Experience developing long-term (5+ year) technology roadmaps
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field required
- Prior experience in venture-funded tech environments
- Published research in peer-reviewed technology journals
