- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Present technology forecasts to executive leadership and board members

- Manage innovation portfolio with $5M annual R&D budget
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Expertise in quantum computing, AI ethics, and blockchain 3.0 architectures
- Proven track record of launching future-ready products/services
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or Nature Technology
- Experience managing innovation labs or corporate ventures
