- Present strategic blueprints to Fortune 500 clients and government agencies
- Manage $5M+ innovation budgets with ROI-focused KPIs
- Mentor a diverse team of 15+ researchers and engineers
- Forge strategic partnerships with NASA, IBM Quantum, and WHO initiatives
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or Bioengineering (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 3+ years in future-tech forecasting
- Published research in Nature/Science on AI ethics or quantum applications
- Proven track record scaling tech initiatives from concept to commercialization
- Deep expertise in regulatory frameworks for emerging technologies (FDA, FCC, EU AI Act)
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
- Experience securing $10M+ in government/venture funding for R&D projects
