- Conduct horizon scanning for disruptive technologies (neuromorphic computing, synthetic biology, etc.)

Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years focused on future-tech forecasting
- Proven track record in implementing AI/quantum computing initiatives at enterprise scale
- Expertise in scenario planning and technology impact assessment methodologies
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futurism
- Deep knowledge of regulatory landscapes for emerging technologies (FDA, FCC, EU AI Act)
- Certified Futurist (CF) or equivalent strategic foresight certification
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals on technology adoption curves
