Responsibilities
- Develop and execute technology roadmaps for 2026-2030 market disruption
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping quantum-AI hybrid systems
- Analyze emerging tech trends (neuromorphic computing, synthetic biology)
- Secure $5M+ annual R&D budget through stakeholder presentations
- Partner with MIT and Stanford on research initiatives
- Present quarterly innovation briefings to the board of directors
- Mentor junior strategists in future-tech methodologies
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with 5+ in emerging technologies
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering
- Published research in Nature or IEEE journals (2020-2023)
- Proven track record scaling AI/quantum startups to $100M+ valuation
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks for biotech/AI convergence
- Security clearance for defense-contracted projects
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
