Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology strategy roadmap with measurable KPIs
- Lead research initiatives in quantum-AI convergence and neuro-interfaces
- Partner with C-suite to align innovation with business objectives
- Manage portfolio of 10+ experimental projects with $5M+ budgets
- Represent company at global tech summits (Davos, CES, etc.)
- Mentor junior researchers and build high-performance innovation teams
- Secure patents for proprietary 2026-era technologies
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in future-tech planning
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Physics, or Systems Engineering
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on emerging tech
- Proven track record scaling R&D from concept to commercialization
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (quantum, bio-computing, etc.)
- Experience managing >$20M innovation budgets
- Deep understanding of regulatory frameworks for frontier technologies
- Certifications in Innovation Management (e.g., CDIO, CTO)
