Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the strategic planning process to outline key milestones, technologies, and product goals for the year 2026 and beyond.
- Emerging Tech Analysis: Monitor global tech trends, including AI, Quantum Computing, and Next-Gen Interfaces, to identify high-impact opportunities.
- Stakeholder Leadership: Communicate complex strategic visions to C-level executives, engineering teams, and investors, ensuring alignment across the organization.
- Partnership Management: Cultivate relationships with key partners, academic institutions, and tech innovators to foster collaborative research and development.
- Innovation Implementation: Oversee pilot programs for futuristic technologies, ensuring they are viable for large-scale deployment.
- Competitive Intelligence: Conduct deep-dive analysis on competitor strategies to maintain OmniFuture's market leadership.
Qualifications
- Strategic Vision: 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or executive consulting with a proven track record of defining long-term roadmaps.
- Technical Fluency: Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, Blockchain, IoT, etc.) and their potential business applications.
- Leadership Skills: Exceptional ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence without authority.
- Communication: Superior written and verbal communication skills, capable of translating technical concepts into business value.
- Adaptability: Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity and pivot strategies in rapidly evolving markets.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
