- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Present strategic recommendations to executive board with data-driven impact projections
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption and ROI tracking across all business units
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with leading research institutions and startups
- Mentor junior strategists to cultivate next-generation innovation leadership
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership, with 5+ years in C-suite advisory roles
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products with $100M+ revenue impact
- Expertise in emerging technologies: generative AI, autonomous systems, or decentralized infrastructure
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business (MBA/PhD preferred)
- Published thought leadership in top-tier tech journals (IEEE, ACM, Harvard Business Review)
- Experience scaling technology teams from 50 to 500+ professionals
- Fluency in strategic frameworks (Porter's Five Forces, SWOT, Blue Ocean Strategy)
- Exceptional public speaking skills with TED-level presentation experience
