- Strategic Roadmapping: Develop and communicate a 3-year technology roadmap that aligns with business goals and market demands.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with engineering, product, and design teams to integrate futuristic tech stacks into existing workflows.
- Ethical AI Governance: Establish frameworks for ethical AI usage and synthetic data management to ensure responsible innovation.
- Trend Analysis: Monitor global technology landscapes to identify disruptive innovations that could impact our industry.
- Stakeholder Management: Present complex technical concepts to non-technical executives to secure buy-in for high-stakes investments.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years in technology strategy, management consulting, or executive leadership roles.
- Technical Fluency: Deep understanding of AI/ML, Blockchain, and Extended Reality (XR) ecosystems.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or MBA with a focus on Technology Strategy.
- Foresight: Proven track record of identifying and capitalizing on emerging tech trends before they go mainstream.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical data into compelling business narratives.
