- Present strategic visions to C-suite and external stakeholders
- Manage vendor partnerships and technology incubation programs
- Drive R&D initiatives with measurable innovation KPIs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership
- Proven track record in emerging tech adoption (AI, AR/VR, blockchain)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience with agile development and product lifecycle management
- Exceptional analytical and strategic planning skills
- Strong communication with technical and non-technical audiences
- Certifications in cloud architecture or innovation management preferred
