Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap, aligning with corporate vision and market disruption forecasts
- Lead horizon scanning for emerging technologies (quantum, neuromorphic computing, decentralized AI)
- Champion innovation through R&D partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Architect ethical frameworks for AI/ML deployment in regulated industries
- Present strategic technology briefings to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Drive organizational change management for technology adoption initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership within Fortune 500/tech scale-ups
- Proven track record developing multi-year technology roadmaps (minimum 3-year horizon)
- Expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, blockchain, generative AI)
- Executive presence with experience presenting to C-suite and boards
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or MBA with tech specialization
- Certifications in TOGAF, Scrum@Scale, or Innovation Management preferred
- Published thought leadership in technology foresight or innovation journals
- Experience managing cross-continental innovation teams (US/EMEA/APAC)
