Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI Ethics, or Neurotechnology with 8+ years industry experience
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies (3+ exits or IPOs)
- Deep expertise in quantum-resistant cryptography and federated learning architectures
- Published research in Nature/Science on human-machine symbiosis or quantum applications
- Fluency in at least two quantum programming languages (Q# or Cirq)
- Experience securing $50M+ in R&D funding from DARPA/NIH/EU Horizon programs
- Board-level experience with Fortune 500 technology transformation initiatives
