Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology strategy roadmap with quarterly impact milestones
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (AI/ML, quantum, IoT)
- Identify emerging tech trends through market research and academic partnerships
- Present strategic recommendations to board with ROI projections and risk analysis
- Drive innovation culture through hackathons and thought leadership initiatives
- Ensure compliance with evolving tech regulations (AI ethics, data privacy)
- Manage $5M+ R&D budget for 2026 pilot programs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 3+ years in future-tech planning
- Proven track record launching tech products with $50M+ revenue impact
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, AR/VR, biotech)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Certification in Technology Strategy or Innovation Management preferred
- Experience scaling teams from 10 to 100+ technologists
- Published research or patents in emerging technologies
- Fluency in strategic frameworks (Gartner Hype Cycle, Porter's Five Forces)
