Responsibilities
- Lead strategic technology planning for 2026-2030 roadmap, focusing on AI, quantum, and sustainable tech domains

- Develop implementation frameworks for next-generation technologies with measurable ROI
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and marketing teams to align technology initiatives with business goals
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Establish partnerships with research institutions and industry pioneers
- Monitor ethical implications and societal impacts of emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation management
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, biotech, climate tech)
- Proven track record of developing and executing multi-year tech roadmaps
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex technical concepts into business strategy
- Experience with scenario planning and future forecasting methodologies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certifications in technology strategy (e.g., CTO Academy, Tech Strategy Pro) preferred
- Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional innovation initiatives
