Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap, aligning with long-term business objectives
- Lead research and adoption of emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech integration, etc.)
- Identify and evaluate disruptive market trends and competitive threats
- Oversee cross-functional implementation of pilot projects and innovation initiatives
- Develop KPI frameworks to measure technology ROI and innovation impact
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build and manage a global network of technology innovation partners
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in implementing future-forward tech initiatives
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Advanced degree in relevant field (MBA, MS in Engineering/Tech preferred)
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management (e.g., CFIP)
