Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026+ technology roadmaps for AI, quantum, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Forecast industry disruptions and competitive threats through market analysis
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Drive adoption of emerging technologies through pilot programs and POCs
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused allocation strategies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, blockchain, biotech)
- Proven track record of implementing future-forward technology initiatives
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills for executive and technical audiences
- Published research or patents in emerging technologies preferred
- Fluency in English with additional technical languages a plus
