Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology adoption roadmap aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping emerging technologies including quantum computing, AI ethics frameworks, and metaverse integration
- Conduct horizon scanning for disruptive innovations and provide actionable insights to executive leadership
- Design scalable architectures for next-generation data ecosystems and autonomous systems
- Establish governance frameworks for ethical AI deployment and responsible innovation
- Drive innovation through strategic partnerships with leading research institutions and tech incubators
- Mentor senior engineers on future-proof development methodologies and emerging paradigms
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with proven experience in emerging tech adoption
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AGI safety, Web3 infrastructure, or synthetic biology
- Executive presence with successful stakeholder management across C-suite levels
- Published thought leadership on technological futures (white papers, patents, or keynotes)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism (PhD preferred)
- Fluency in scenario planning methodologies and strategic foresight frameworks
- Experience leading $5M+ technology transformation initiatives
- Portfolio demonstrating at least three commercially deployed future-tech solutions
