- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring innovation ROI and adoption readiness
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in launching future-focused products (e.g., AI agents, immersive tech)
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging domains: generative AI, quantum computing, or neurotech
- Strong financial modeling skills for tech investment scenarios
- Experience scaling agile methodologies for complex innovation pipelines
- PhD or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism preferred
