Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years focused on future-tech forecasting
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum or AI advancements post-2025
- Expertise in policy development for AI governance and digital sovereignty
- Proven track record of scaling tech ventures from concept to $100M+ valuation
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or Systems Engineering
- Active clearance with DARPA or equivalent national innovation bodies
