Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap, aligning with long-term business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate emerging technologies (quantum AI, neuromorphic computing, etc.)
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive trends and competitive threats in global tech landscapes
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Manage innovation portfolio balancing high-risk R&D with near-term commercial applications
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of technological curiosity
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or R&D leadership
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching innovative products/services
- Exceptional analytical and systems thinking abilities
- Strong financial acumen for technology investment decisions
- Experience presenting to executive boards and investor groups
- Published thought leadership in tech journals or conferences
