Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year technology strategy integrating quantum, biotech, and AI convergence
- Lead cross-functional R&D sprints with 12+ engineers and designers
- Develop patentable frameworks for ethical AI deployment in regulated sectors
- Present to C-suite and board members on tech ROI and risk mitigation
- Partner with Stanford and Berkeley on emerging tech incubation programs
- Drive sustainability initiatives reducing carbon footprint by 40% by 2026
- Mentor junior strategists in future-scanning methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- Proven track record scaling quantum/AI initiatives to $100M+ ARR
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Physics, or Futurology
- Published research in Nature/Science on human-tech symbiosis
- Security clearance (or ability to obtain) for government projects
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
- Portfolio showcasing 3+ tech roadmaps implemented at scale
