Responsibilities
- Develop and execute technology roadmaps for 2026+ initiatives across AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions with rapid iteration cycles
- Analyze emerging tech trends (Web4, sentient AI, neuro interfaces) to identify competitive advantages
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-ready features into existing platforms
- Present strategic recommendations to stakeholders with data-backed ROI projections
- Establish KPIs for measuring long-term technological impact and adoption rates
- Represent the company at global tech summits and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech roles
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products with $50M+ revenue impact
- Expertise in at least three future-tech domains: quantum computing, advanced AI, or synthetic biology
- Strong analytical skills with ability to model complex systems and predict market shifts
- Executive-level communication with ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism preferred
- Published thought leadership in top-tier tech publications (IEEE, Nature Technology, etc.)
- Experience leading remote teams across multiple time zones and cultures
