You'll influence C-suite decisions while maintaining a hands-on approach to prototyping and validation of future technologies.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive technology strategy for 2026-2030 horizon, aligning with business objectives
- Lead cross-functional initiatives in AI, quantum computing, and sustainable tech innovation
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify emerging tech opportunities
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with data-driven insights
- Oversee pilot programs and proof-of-concept projects for future technologies
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and industry disruptors
- Mentor technical teams on future-focused innovation methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or emerging tech roles
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Proven track record in developing 3-5 year technology roadmaps
- Expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or sustainable tech ecosystems
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting
- Strong presentation skills for executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation or strategy
- Fluency in emerging tech frameworks (e.g., Toffler's Future Shock, Gartner Hype Cycle)
