Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive 2026 technology roadmaps aligned with company vision
- Analyze emerging trends (quantum computing, AI ethics, neurotech) to identify strategic opportunities
- Lead cross-functional teams in executing pilot programs for next-gen solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with data-backed ROI projections
- Establish governance frameworks for ethical technology deployment
- Manage innovation pipeline with $5M annual R&D budget
- Partner with academic institutions for cutting-edge research collaborations
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech domains
- Proven track record leading enterprise-level digital transformation projects
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI ethics, neurotech, or sustainable tech
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Technology Innovation Management preferred
- Experience developing long-term (5+ year) technology roadmaps
