Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a 10-year technology strategy aligning with 2026 market projections
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (quantum applications, neural interfaces, climate tech)
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with 3-7 year commercialization timelines
- Partner with venture capital arms to scout and acquire disruptive startups
- Present technology roadmaps to investors, board members, and industry consortiums
- Establish ethical frameworks for AI and biotechnology deployment
- Drive patent strategy for future-facing innovations
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy or R&D leadership with 5+ years in future-tech domains
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Deep knowledge of technology forecasting methodologies (Delphi, scenario planning)
- Experience with global regulatory frameworks for emerging technologies
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management preferred
