Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (quantum, AI, AR/VR, sustainable tech)
- Experience with technology forecasting frameworks (e.g., Delphi method, scenario planning)
