Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech leadership
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurist Studies (or equivalent experience)
- Proven track record of launching technologies with 10-year market impact
- Expertise in quantum computing, neuromorphic systems, or synthetic biology
- Certification in Technology Foresight (e.g., from World Future Society)
- Published research on 4th Industrial Revolution implications
- Experience securing $10M+ in technology innovation funding
- Deep understanding of global tech policy and ethical frameworks
