Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ in emerging tech
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field
- Published author in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, IEEE)
- Proven track record scaling tech startups to $1B+ valuations
- Expertise in quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, or biocomputing
- Certified Futurist (CF) or equivalent strategic foresight credential
- Fluency in Mandarin and German for global stakeholder engagement
